This guide explains the categories of information that should not be submitted to AI systems without a clear understanding of the associated risks.
Avoid Submitting
Do not submit to AI systems via AIPromptToolsPRO.com:
- Confidential business information you are not authorized to share.
- Medical records or other protected health information.
- Legal documents or privileged communications.
- Trade secrets or proprietary source code subject to confidentiality.
- Passwords, API keys, or other credentials.
- Financial credentials, full payment card numbers, or government identifiers.
Sanitize Inputs
Where possible, redact or replace names, identifiers, and other personal data in your prompts. Use synthetic examples to test workflows.
Third-Party Provider Handling
Prompt inputs are transmitted to third-party AI providers to generate outputs. Their handling of data is governed by their own policies; consult them where data sensitivity is a concern.
